Our team
Alexander Anoshin, CEO
Hi,
I'm Alexander Anoshin, CEO of BCS-IT.
I've been working in BCS-IT since the very first day and with no doubts I am here for long.
I like the business I'm engaged in - you're always invent and create something unique using the top-notch modern technologies. I respect professionals I work with - having just several dozens of engineers we perform very complex projects and I am proud that leading Russian and foreign companies confide their software development tasks to us.
I love the place where I work for its unique combination of business, education and science located in the green spot. What else does one need to love his job?
So my plans are to develop the company further, gain new expertise and get new talents to provide the best services.
Welcome to BCS-IT.
Konstantin Shamin, CTO
I was born in Novosibirsk, in 1973. I graduated from the Novosibirsk State Technical University, specializing in programming systems engineering and started my professional carrier as a developer, an architect, and a project manager. As for the most interesting programming projects I took part in, I’d like to highlight
- the system for banking processes automation built for Sberbank of the Russian Federation
- the first version of the project Factura.Ru
- the community portal EnjoyCity for Coca-Cola, Ltd.
- the B2C-portal for the Bank of Scotland.
Later on, the management "side" has won over.
For the last 5 years I hold the position of CTO in BCS-IT. I’m responsible for the preliminary work related to project preparation and launch, developer team creation, normalization of development processes, unification of programming means used in our development process.
What interests me most is complicated and interesting challenges. Only solving such problems we can reveal the potential of our specialists and bring up strong project teams.
I spend my spare time with my family and reading fiction and technical literature.
Denis Shamanin, CMO
I'm currently driving BCS-IT's sales operations. Revenue targets, profitability and sales growth are my playfield right now.
My duties include strategic sales plan development and business opportunities identification in target markets and areas. I am also responsible for delivering sales by developing relationships with partners and key clients of the company.
Prior to BCS-IT I had experience to manage multi-location accounts and sales activities in Russia, Germany, Singapore and China for a global service operator providing outsourced mobile services to telcos, content providers, and aggregators.
At the early days of my career I've been software engineer and project manager, this helps me to understand what is going on both on the software and on the human level :) I like my industry with its daily challenge to create value. That's actually why sales activities have attracted me so much among all other possible personal growth scenarios.
With 3 years spent in Germany and lots of travelling around the globe, I still like to get in touch with interesting people, discover and discuss the future.
I hold a master degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Novosibirsk State University and was never sorry for these 6 years that shaped me and my vision of life.
My spare time I spend on foreign languages (currently Chinese), economics studies (CFA) and salsa dancing.
Sergey Gunin, PM
My name is Sergey Gunin, I am a Project Manager.
Thus I am responsible for:
- clients' requirements processing,
- planning projects,
- making sure we stay within timelines and budgets,
- defining and setting tasks for developers,
- coordinating the developer team,
- negotiating with our clients,
- creating reports for our clients.
I took part in development of such systems as
- “VOIP audio/video conference software for an enterprise”,
- “Enterprise call accounting and IP telephony management software”,
- “Mediation software for digital cable TV network integration”,
- “On-line survey system”,
I enjoy mountain skiing, windsurfing, playing paintball. I’d like to learn to kite surf and parachute jumping.
Peter Tagunov, Software Architect
I’m Software Architect: I develop models of information systems and control their implementation.
My model development activities include:
- client’s requirements documentation,
- definition of system components and description of their interaction,
- selection of development technologies optimal for solution of client’s problem,
- description of possibilities of their usage.
Control over a model implementation includes architecture and code review.
In my professional life, I try to “embrace the unembraceable”: I constantly read about new languages, technologies, platforms, and, first of all, I study the results of their successful implementation.
My main and favorite project that I work on in BCS-IT is “VOIP audio/video conference software for an enterprise”, where my innovative system modeling ideaswere implemented.
In the future, I’d like to describe and implement the model of human population as a nonlinear finite state automation, debug it on nanorobots and capture the world. :)
Alexander Yun, HR manager
My name is Alex Yun and I am a HR/Marketing manager.
I joined the company from the very start over 7 years ago and since then tried different roles. I started in marketing, then it was sales together with project management elements. It was at that period when we realized how crucial an effective human resources policy could be. It stretched far beyond simple recruitment for a specific project.
As company grew both in numbers and ideologically I assumed full-scale HR functions and have been working as HR for over 3 years now. I still help my company with marketing and other functions, but my number one priority is provision of effective HR services for BCS-IT.
